    Our entire focus is on providing our customers with the best the vape industry has to offer. We conduct intensive research on the hardware products we choose to represent. Since most of the hardware devices are mass manufactured in China, some might arrive DOA (dead on arrival). In order to address this issue, we offer a 30-day return policy which starts the day you receive your package. Please test your products upon arrival because the 30-day period starts as soon as the package is marked as delivered through Canada Post. This would apply to unopened products as well regardless if they are still sealed.

    Once the 30 day return period has ended we will do our best to troubleshoot your products and use our experience to address the situation. We absolutely value your business and appreciate your cooperation.

    Unfortunately, there are certain products that constitute a final-sale without any exceptions. These items are E-liquid, Coils, Tanks, Drip Tips, Replacement Parts, Rebuildable supplies, certain accessories, etc.

     

    E-Liquid Selection Error:

    Our stores have a huge juice bar for you to sample the e-liquid before purchasing it; howcer, if you get home and find that you have made an error-come back to us. If there is still 75% of the bottle unconsumed, we will give you 20% OFF a new bottle. We are here to help your vaping experience be as hastle proof as possible. 

    Warranty Information

    Our 30-day warranty policy begins the day your shipment has been delivered or date of sale for in-store purchases. This can be verified with Canada Post at any time through our records. Since there is an infinite number of situations that can arise when addressing warranty we are forced to stick to our policy and appreciate your cooperation. As a customer going through warranty/return you are responsible for all cost in shipping items back to us. We will be responsible for all cost in shipping the items back to the customer. Shipping is an NRF (non-refundable fee).

    What is covered by the Warranty:
    Device auto-firing
    Chip-set malfunction
    Charging port issues
    Screen issues
    Battery issues

    What is NOT covered by the Warranty:
    E-liquid, Tanks, RTA (rebuildable tank atomizer), RDA (rebuildable dripping atomizer), batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, pre-built coils or tank coils
    Failure or damage caused by improper use (water damage, juice leaking, fire damage, etc)
    Leaky tanks are not covered by warranty
    Loss or damage due to loss
    Stripped or damaged 510 threading on the device or tank
    Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
    Damage to the finish (cosmetics)
    Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the product.
    Items outside of our warranty policy period
    Products without their original packaging (which includes the serial #)

    After reading this if your issue is still covered under warranty please call us for further instructions. 

     

    Return Shipments

    As a customer going through warranty/return you are responsible for all cost in shipping items back to our store. We will be responsible for all cost in shipping the items back to the customer. Shipping is an NRF (non-refundable fee). The only exception would be dead on arrival returns.
